If you want a heart as big as Texas combined with genuine intelligence and competence in a real state agent, Dan is your man. He has been diligent, professional, very relaxed and helpful in so many ways through the most stressful parts of buying our house. I wanted to wait until we were done with our deal before submitting this review, but I have great confidence that my review will not change. I hope to remain friends with him after our business transaction is complete.

I work with the American Red Cross, and Dan sponsored a blood drive for our community! I have to say, if ,and I’m sure he does, Dan works half as hard for you as he did for for our blood drive, you cannot miss! Dan has extraordinary passion and drive! Thank you, Dan! Dan is a stand up guy. He knows his business and takes the time to make sure his clients understand what is going on every step of the way. He is available all the time to answer questions, and doesnt make you feel stupid about asking.

dan not only helped us find our home, but has stood by us every step of the way. he explained every process to us, advised us on what was “good” or “bad” and has shown a professionalism and courtesy that few people in a customer-service oriented industry have these days.

dan has made himself available to us night and day during this process – from start to finish. i couldn’t have asked for a better person to assist us in the purchase of our first house. he is truly great at what he does and i would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. he specializes in short sales, so give him a call if you find yourself needing help in that area.

As a professional in the HOA management field, I work with Realtors on a daily basis who know nothing about homeowners associations; their purpose, the impact on home sales, what is covered in fees (or where to find that information), etc. Dan couldn’t be more opposite from these other Realtors.

I’ve had the fortune of working with Dan to research HOA related issues while in the process of him helping clients both buy and sell homes. I have not met a real estate professional who was more concerned with understanding the relationship between HOA and homeowner, who is responsible for different maintenance costs, and how to approach each party to ultimately get the work done and complete a successful transaction.

Dan’s courteous, professional demeanor puts him at the top of my list. I would choose Dan to help me buy or sell a home any day, and I hope I have the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

As the owner of Aztec Property Inspections I have worked with Dan on several properties. We have run into several very challenging roadblocks like a $ 50,000 cracked foundation.
