Daniel P. Heilbrun, LL.M.
For all your real estate needs call me at 858.869.9404

I have been a broker in San Diego since 2009 (DRE 01858256).  I have a legal background from the University of San Diego School of Law and the University of Leeds School of Law and I have a BA in finance from University of North Texas.

Currently, I am awaiting bar results for the July 2011 California State Bar Examination.

With over 5 years experience in real estate and setting up a mortgage company in Texas, I am familiar with every area involved in a real estate transaction from purchase to sell, financing, escrow, title and legal issues.

As a volunteer for the San Diego County Bar Association’s HOME clinic which offers real estate and legal advice to homeowner’s facing foreclosure and a year’s experience of mitigating borrower’s loss as a result of the current economic situation, I am committed to helping distressed property owners be able to get back on their feet in a matter of months, distressed or not.

Founder and Volunteer for Fresh Food for Families and coach for the Little League football team, the Clairemont Hawks (Mitey Mite Silver), I am dedicated to doing my part to help the community.

With years buying and selling real estate, foreclosure, or undergoing a short sale, I will be able to help you in every facet of your real estate ownership. Familiar with tax law, investing, the real estate and financial markets, local real estate rules, tax breaks, historic designations, the Mills Act, zoning restrictions, insurance coverage strategies, DIY repair, city and county statutes, I will provide comprehensive service in your real estate transaction.

I am looking forward to helping you out whenever you are ready.

All the best,

Daniel P. Heilbrun, LL.M.
